Remix competition

Booker worked with New York agency Decon and DJ A-Trak’s Fools Gold Records to produce the “Sample Anything” Danny Brown remix contest, powered by Legitmix and promoted by HipHopDx. Aspiring producers were asked to put a sample-based-beat under the a cappella for Danny Brown’s underground hit “Grown Up”.  The competition generated tons of social media buzz, and netted an impressive 300 entries — and helped spread awareness of the Legitmix music tech platform Booker co-founded.
